Refunds on deposits or fully paid booking/s and or any activity

No refunds will be allowed, whether on deposits or fully paid activities.
“No-show" for paid bookings will be fully charged and no refund or credit will be given.

Validity of paid bookings that were cancelled
If cancellation is done withing accepted time limits- deposits and fully paid bookings will be valid for future bookings.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is possible, withing accepted time limits.

Cancellation requirements for each activity:

Magic Mirror Maze
Cancellation up to 2 days before date of booked activity - payment will be valid for future bookings.
Cancellation less than 2 days before date of booked activity - no credit will be given.
Rescheduling is possible up to 2 days before date of booked activity.

Mystery Cabin
Cancellation up to 3 days before date of booked activity - payment will be valid for future bookings.
Cancellation less than 3 days before date of booked activity - no credit will be given.
Rescheduling is possible up to 3 days before date of booked activity.

The Abandoned Reactor
Cancellation up to 3 days before date of booked activity - payment will be valid for future bookings.
Cancellation less than 3 days before date of booked activity - no credit will be given.
Rescheduling is possible up to 3 days before date of booked activity.

Private / Event / Team Building.
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before date of event - payment will be valid for future bookings.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before date of event- no credit will be given.
