What are the entry terms to the Magic Mirror Maze?Age restrictions All children under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by their parent. Children until the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Toddlers and infants can enter with their parents only. Children are the responsibility of their parents and are not to be left on their own on our premisses. Other restrictions The Magic Mirror Maze is not suitable for people who: 1) Suffer from fear of closed places. 2) Are light sensitive. 3) Suffer from epilepsy. 4) Have difficulty with their memory. 5) Are physically limited. If any of the above is true to you, then you must have somebody accompany you in the mirror maze at all times.

What are the rules while in the Magic Mirror Maze?1) No running in the mirror maze. The mirror maze is disorientating and visually deceptive. It is imperative that you walk through the mirror maze slowly and with caution. This is not a competition so please do not rush through. 2) Do not touch the mirrors. 3) Do not touch any decorative items. 4) Do not pull or push any objects.

Is the Magic Mirror Maze suitable for families?Yes! This attraction was built in mind to accommodate families and groups of all ages. There are no frightening elements there, and the experience is accompanied by music and colourful changing lights. The music is not loud and you will be able to hear each other while in the mirror maze.

How many people can enter the Magic Mirror Maze at one time?We want to make sure that you enjoy this experience, so we will let your group enter one person at a time in gaps of about 10 seconds, and a max of 10 people in the maze at any time. If you rather go in together- please let us know so that we can accommodate you.

Do I have to book online, or can I book when I arrive?No, you do not have to book online prior to your arrival, but for people walking in - it is on the basis of “first come - first serve". If you book online, it will guarantee that you and your party will be able to enter at your allocated time.

Will my booking be private?Yes. Each booking window is for a duration of 10 minutes. During this time, only your group will be allowed to enter the mirror maze.

Can I go into the Magic Mirror Maze again, after my booked time?No. Please make use of your booing time to enjoy the Magic Mirror Maze.

Can I take pictures in the Magic Mirror Maze and post them onto social networks?Yes! You are very welcome to take photos and videos of yourselves and post them. We will appreciate it if you can tag us.

Is the Magic Mirror Maze accessible to wheel chairs?Yes, for the most part. Please have another person accompany you, for the following reasons: 1) It is not possible to swivel a wheel chair around, so if you want to back-track, you will need to reverse backwords. 2) As the maze is full of mirrors, it is important to make sure your wheel chair will not hit any of them. 3) Some of the dead ends in the mirror maze might be too narrow for a wheel chair, and having another person with you will help you know which are dead ends, and what objects may be in them.

Will I get disorientated in the Magic Mirror Maze?Yes, you can and you will. However, this is part of the magic – losing your sense of direction and experiencing a bit of a De-ja-vu..Please do not worry. We have never had anyone get lost or not be able to find their way out.

What if I get lost or panic in the Magic Mirror Maze?Our maze is monitored by a a camera at all times. Should you find yourself in distress, please sit down on the floor. We will spot you and attend to you.

What is the cancelation policy for the Magic Mirror Maze?We do not re-fund a cancelled booking. If for some reason you have to cancel your booking and it is done within the correct guidelines- we will honour your ticket for the next 6 months and you can re-schedule at any point during that time. Please see our “Cancelation Policy”.

Right of admission is reserved.The owners and staff at Lost In Time have the right to exclude whoever they wish from their premises, for whatever reason. If any persons entering our premises engages in behavior deemed un appropriate, we will have them removed, and we will not allow them to enter our premises and join in any activity.

What is an escape room?An escape room is a hands-on entertainment experience in which groups of 2 to 10 people are locked in a room and have a set time to figure out puzzles, hints, and clues in order to escape.

What is the duration of the escape rooms in Lost In Time?The “Mystery Cabin” is 45 minuets and “The abandoned Reactor is 75 minutes. There is a 5 minuet briefing before each game.

Will I really be locked inside a room?Nope. The first door in the room is always unlocked in the case of an emergency. For those worried about being "locked into a tight space" don't worry - we design our episodes to be challenging and immersive but not physically constraining.

Is my booking private?Yes! All of our experiences are private. Once you book the episode you'd like, all of the remaining slots will be blocked.

Can I take pictures in the escape rooms and post them onto social networks?No, unfortunately. Escape rooms are meant to be a surprise and therefore are top secret. No Photos are allowed and we ask that you do not reveal riddles or any details that will spoil the fun for other players.

What is the cancellation policy?Your purchase is non-refundable. But we will be happy to reschedule your booking if you give us 48 hours’ notice.

Is there an age requirement?The recommended age to play is 10 years and above. Kids 10 – 14 will have to have a guide with them unless their parent or adult guardian is joining the game with them. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.
